What this check can and can’t tell you +
Similarity is a reproducible text score: 80% name similarity + 20% ticker similarity, using normalized edit distance. If only one field is supplied, it gets the full weight. Scores of 0–39% are low, 40–69% moderate, 70–89% strong, and 90–100% very similar. These labels are interface thresholds, not statistically validated probabilities. Artwork and meaning are not analyzed.
We search your name and ticker separately, keep Solana base tokens, and compare normalized names and symbols. Similar spelling and shared keywords are labeled separately. One representative pair is shown per token.
Coverage is limited to the source’s returned search results. It can miss new, unlisted, inactive, or other-chain tokens. This is not a full launch archive, image comparison, concept analysis, safety audit, originality guarantee, or forecast of buyer demand.
